heyy twentyfourths!
im sorry i couldnt go bouldering with you guys today when today of all days, many of you went for it. i mean, what the hell right? aarghs, but i really couldnt sacrifice what i'd already planned to do today. shoot myself for procrastinating anyways. rahhs, cant believe i missed out on so much fun T.T
nevertheless, i hope you guys had fun(: and that you will finally see how fun bouldering is and make me&jason happy air chiefs :D and then we can go to the BRAND SPANKING NEW climbasia together gather((: sweet?

yoyoyo, hello evryone! its been a long time since i have added any post. and for today my post is going to be a boring one cos i am here to remind everyone abt tmr's sentosa thing!
Alright, i am really really sorry that you guys have to pay for tmr's programme ): really sorry. its like i have been collecting alot of money from you guys already and tmr you all have to pay again! anyway so here are the details for tmr:
Meet at HARBOURFRONT MRT at 9am
Attire: School based shirt & shorts & sandals
Pls bring along at least $25 ( $20 for the programme cost. $2 to enter sentosa. & i am not exactly sure if we have to pay to take the Vivo rail)
Bring some snacks/drinks (eg sandwiches) for the breaks.
the $20 is for the herb and spice tour and workshop: they will provide the materials and teach us how to plant an organic herb garden.
I am really sorry that you guys have to pay. The herbal garden group actually wanted to organise a volunteer work to botanic gardens actually but miss ng contacted them and the National Parks have quite many volunteers already, so they cant allocate volunteer work to us. really sorry!
No matter what, i hope tmr will be an enriching and educational experience for everyone!

1. Reunion Post Mortem
- the catering was good
- afternoon games were a good ides as it provides plenty of interaction between batches
- opening the high elements was a good idea
- dinner games were fun and engaging
- the MCs did well
- the decorations were great!; provided the perfect atmosphere so everyone stayed on (:
- reunion was totally worth the $$$
- our structure was FANTASTIC; we assembled and disassembled it quickly and efficiently
- the whole team was very organized and everyone knew what they had to do
- cleaning up after only took 45 minutes; very fast, very good
- even though several things cropped up last minute, we handled them very well.
skills-wise:
- Teamwork was GOOD.
- Effective leadership!
- The teachers saw plently of initiaive
- Responsibility
- Communication skills (very important)
Areas to improve:
- Timing; slightly draggy - there's no need to wait until dinner is done before beginning the other segments
- location of games - we only used the stage; should move around more to make it more interactive.
- 2nd video - can be improved on; choose pictures wisely
- database insufficient - we will have to consolidate and update all particulars and try to retrieve contacts of those batches we lost
- photo I/Cs - must be very mobile and move around and capture everything.
- We will have to try to sell our car decals.
WE ORGANIZED THE BEST REUNION EVER GUYS! :D WOOHOO.
Credit goes to all 24th instructors. Ya'll really did a great job ((:
We have done well for this event and must aim to sustain similar or achieve higher standards in future events!

okay, reunion's over and all the late nights did not come to waste at all. i mean nothing will come to waste as long as it with u guys right. haha! yupps.
so anyway, gentle reminder that there'll be cleaning up of the room tmr. pls come down n show ur support for a clean room. n appreciate a clean room n do not litter. there's always a dustbin for you. n do not throw inside the dustbin if the plastic bag's not inside. cos it will attract ants in the future. alrights. stop here.

CONGRATS!!
we have finally conquered another mountain!! the mountain of planning the reunion. although it was quite tough as we had quite little time, the whole event went on rather smoothly.
even though on the day itself there were many obstacles that we faced for example the flying fox, even though it wasnt successful, the whole event was still quite successful. and i am sure that we had enjoyed ourselves right? all the MASS DANCING ('I WANT YOU!!!') and our very wonderful emcees who made the night so fun!! night recreation dept. i know that you guys had the most things to do on that day itself but you guys did a great job!! and the games dept, i bet the grand seniors, great grand seniors, great great grand seniors... they definitely had lots of fun.. it was well done. the pioneering in charge and everyone, the structure was super pro!! but too bad we didnt take a batch photo with it.. QMs.. xin ku le for all the logistics here and there.. ADMIN!!! you guys rock!! i am sorry that i wasnt at the booth always.. ivie: thanks for going all the way to parkway alone to print photos and carry all the orange syrup back by yourself.. ivie=iron lady! hui yi and siew hwee and fanny and jia qian: the video was nice!! registration booth was busy in the night but you guys didnt luan diao!! haha. JQ.. i am sorry..
to JC SY CW BF: being the i/c wasnt easy.. great job.
i dont know if i miss anyone out.. but i know everyone was there for each and everyone of us. GREAT JOB GUYS!!
sikkim is on its way to us..

hey guys. it's been SUCH A LOOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG time since anyone posted huh. and i mean really long. like ages you know. okay fine one week. but anyway, just thought i'd fill the space abit... it's the day after reunion, and im feeling damn lethargic.. blasting rock and stoning in front of the comp. got hw but dun feel like doing xD
but somehow i feel that the worst is over for me. after national day, i'll be free save for sikkim stuff. hope you guys feel less burdened too. although i must say i enjoyed all the late nights slaving away with you guys... 2 years is seriously too short and i'm sure we all treasure what time we have together. ah well. must keep in touch after A's leh. and come back for reunions. and play the games so the current batches wont get sabo-ed like we did. haha. and i don't care must go for OTs. okay?
