- Editorial committee for OT can begin building threads for the forum
- 1st thread: Name of project
- 2nd thread: Gear; reference to other websites?

sidetrack: Logistics people may want to consider what we have to purchase in bulk. Source for cheaper purchases. Contact Ms Teo as she may have contacts.

3 OT Committees
- each OT committee is to do a proposal which includes your group's ideas for pre-trip, during trip and post-trip activities.
- Include the names of your group members in the proposal.
- Proposal to be handed in by next Monday
