Hey guys i received an email from my nj fren..it's a charity race at sentosa on 11th august...not sure if we hav the time to participate but jus for reference...
details as follow:

hey everyone! We are a group of National Junior College students organising a 6 km charity race in aid of MINDS at Sentosa on 11 August (the Saturday of the national day weekend). Mr Teo Ser Luck, Parliamentary Secretary of MCYS, will be the guest of honour. Support the intellectually disabled by donating $5 for a wristband which entitles you free admission into Sentosa. Wear it and board our direct shuttle service from Seah Im bus interchange (opposite Harbourfront MRT). You can get 4 CIP hours by participating in our race. It does not matter if you run or walk, as long as you complete the route. There are prizes to be won! Sporty guys and girls, atheletes and runners, here's your chance to win something and support the intellectually disabled too! This is also an opportunity for a class, CCA or family outing! However, if you are not able to turn up for the event, you can still support our cause by buying the cool wristbands at $5 each.
