1 General Briefing
- PIs to follow stipulated time for room usage (9 to 5) strictly
- In case of activities exceed stipulated time, yet room is used for storage of personal belongings or equipment is taken from the room, inform instructors beforehand and ask for permission before entering (do not barge in).
- Do not use pens that seep through the pages in the loggie
- ATC (10 June) people please go to http://clubs.ntu.edu.sg/odac/atc/main.html to print and fill up registration form, hand in to Dennis by tues, 15 May
- Captain's ball (18,20 June)

5 Air Chiefs' Briefing
- There will be rock-climbing Level I course on Saturday, 12 May
- 10am to 5pm, wear school-based shirt, any shoes, rest well
- Anyone else can come to climb from 8 to 10
