1 OT Briefing
1.1 Appointing OT Committee
- Overall I/Cs: Oversee planning and smooth execution of overseas trip.
Denise, Josiah
- Food I/Cs: Decide what food to bring for the trip and discuss with batch.
Deadline: 11/5/07

- Quartermasters: Check if all equipment are in proper condition and decide how much and what to bring. Create a packing list.

- Night Recreation I/Cs: Plan night activities.

- Physical Training I/Cs: Ensure everyone is fit to climb mountain.

1.2 Trip Updates
- Village interaction will be changed as interaction with locals is difficult
- Half of day 5 will be off for us to participate in outdoor activities
- We will be announcing OT to the school on Monday, 30/4/07
- Please pay Alex $350 (by cash, not edusave) and hand in consent forms by Friday, 27/4/07

2 Air Chiefs' Briefing
- Rockclimbing Course Level 1 will be held soon.
- Available dates are 29/4/07(Sun), 6/5/07(Sun), 12/5/07(Sat), 13/5/07(Sun)
- Course on the 12th will be held at VJC ($50 no membership)
- Other days will be held elsewhere but priced $70 with membership (membership is for lifetime and offer cheaper rates for boldering)

3 Sea Chiefs' Briefing
- 1 Star and 2 Star courses are still on
- 2 Star course please pay $50 (member) or $65 (non-member) to Shihan

4 QMs' Briefing
- Spring Cleaning is on 5/5/07
- Everyone is needed
- Be prepared to stay till later than 5pm

5 Pioneering Chiefs' Briefing
- We will be pioneering structure during last week of May
- Tentatively Wednesday to Friday
- Please keep these days free
