- from voting, most preferred and are available on 2-8 June
- Chia Weei needs to rearrange his China trip to fit in with the schedule

- from voting, Batu Puteh was chosen in favour of Korbu and Tahan

3 briefing of trip

3.1 rough itinerary, activities
 - day 1 (VJC - Batu Puteh): briefing, playing games, overnight bus to Batu Puteh
- day 2 (Batu Puteh): 4WD will bring us to starting point, ascend to mid-point, overnight at
mid point
- day 3 (Batu Puteh): ascend to summit, overnight at summit
- day 4 (Batu Puteh): descent, 4WD will bring us to village, wash-up, cultural immersion programme,
overnight near village
- day 5 (Batu Puteh - Ipoh): light PT, explore village, organise activities for villages, bus to Ipoh,
overnight in Ipoh
- day 6 (Ipoh - VJC): caving, water rafting, explorations, overnight bus from Ipoh to VJC
- day 7 (VJC): arrive at VJC (6 - 7am)

- Quartermasters: Wye Min & Rachel
- Village committee (fund-raising incl.): ? people
- NRIC: 2 people
- Shirt IC: 2 people
- Banner IC: 2 people

- those not selected will be done so when everyone is present
