2.take the registration form from the "tray" in the odac room
-->its like some plastic drawer thing nearby to the left of the angel-mortal mailbox
3. fill the registration form in and indicate on the top right hand corner of the form if ur a member
4. pass it to mi XD along with your ORIGINAL 1 star kayaking cert.
